  If I could give this store negative stars I would! Refused to let me return a large heavy jacket I purchased online because I paid with PayPal even though I could prove original form of payment on my credit card within my banking app. Jasleen said she CAN do it but WON’T. It didn’t matter to her that I had driven 40 minutes to get to the store she was unwilling to make an exception. For what reason? “Policy policy policy”So when I asked her then with help for shipping materials like a box and to print the shipping label she refused to help and said she doesn’t have boxes. So I asked how did all the merchandise in the store make it there? She says in boxes, well then you must have boxes. No we don’t do that she says. Completely unwilling to help and has caused Columbia to lose a customer for life. Customer service here apparently means nothing, common kindness means less.

  I got my rain jacket from here. I’m very impressed.I poured water onto my jacket and not a single drop soaked in the jacket,very good quality but it’s a bit pricey.
