I couldn't figure out how to email the head office, but I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I had placed an online order for a denim vest, which was on sale, and I had paid over 10 dollars for shipping. When the package arrived, American Eagle had shipped me the wrong item, which was no big deal, as I drove out to this location to show them that the company had sent me the wrong item, which was a black men's XL shirt. When i spoke to one of the workers and the manager, they said "oh i"m sorry and laughed and said did you still want the denim vest?" which I said yes I did as it was ordered as a Christmas gift. They then checked and proceed to tell me "oh its actually sold out online and we don't have one in store.. so did you just want a refund or an exchange? I said I guess refund as they seemed not to care as they did not appear very apologetic. The manager then proceeded to say to me "oh you even paid for shipping, thats too bad..and told me she can only refund me the item, not the shipping, which was a total joke as this location charged me shipping on an item I never even received. I am a regular shopper at this company, and the workers at this store made me utterly annoyed as the workers barely even apologized for the mix-up and wouldn't refund me for shipping when they sent me the wrong item and couldn't even refund me the correct item.
