Excellent customer service by the sales associate guys here today. They are very hard working and will try their best to provide the best service to you. I couldn’t buy glasses this time but I’ll be back for sure.

Thank you Shaan & Alex for going above and beyond with your service! Despite a technical issue with my pick-up-in-store order, both Shaan and Alex went the extra mile to find a solution while simultaneously managing the store during a very busy day with heavy foot traffic. I really appreciate their effort and assistance throughout the process (including running back and forth twice to the another SH in the mall). I’ll definitely be coming back if I decide to purchase another pair of glasses!

The Misses serving me was great. Despite not buying anything in the end, she was very friendly.

Shaan was very friendly and helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my face. He was also very informative explaining the features of the Meta glasses. Would definitely return to this store to get this great customer service!
