  Yesterday my husband shopped at Armani in Metrotown and our sales associate Christina was just absolutely above and beyond our expectations. She has an amazing sense of style and she was so loyal to us throughout our entire shopping. I believe we spent about 3-4 hours there but it didn’t even feel like it. She never pushed us to buy anything and gave my husband her honest opinion about his choices and told us whether it looked or that it was not to his generation. Certain styles fits a certain age group so he got the ones that were his age yet made him look so good. If you ever get a change to shop at this location ask for Christina (Tina), she’s just so amazing and so kind and sweet. We went it buying clothes but left with a new friendship ☺️

  We tried on a few clothes and a pair of shoes, but my wife was with our child and needed to leave, and honestly we didn’t find anything that really suited us, so we decided not to buy anything. As soon as we turned to leave, the attitude completely changed. The Middle Eastern woman of short-haired started quietly talking about us, (my wife saw her)the smiles disappeared immediately, and they didn’t even bother to say goodbye. she was especially rude. It really felt like once they knew we weren’t spending money, they didn’t care about us anymore. We left feeling very angry . Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect from a store like this. never back we will go Armani outlet shopping.

  I honestly didn’t plan to buy anything because I always thought the outlet offered better value and lower prices. But after Angela explained the quality, materials, and details of the products, I started to understand why some pieces are worth paying more for. Angela really stands out. She has her own unique way of explaining things — confident, knowledgeable, charming, and never boring. Somehow, she makes everything sound interesting and very hard to say no to! She definitely has a special talent for sales and a personality that people remember. I had a great experience and will definitely come back with my family and friends. Angela is truly an asset to the store.thank you!

  I actually bought a few things from other stores before coming here, but Angela completely changed my mind. She showed me a few pieces and explained the materials and details, and I ended up liking them much more than what I had already bought. I went back and returned some of my other purchases 😂. Really happy I stopped by. I honestly couldn’t believe how effortless and enjoyable the whole experience was. I had visited other stores where no one acknowledged me or made me feel valued, but Angela completely changed that. Great service is not just about selling a product — it’s about understanding the customer, guiding them, and creating an experience. Angela did all of that perfectly. I will definitely be returning to this Armani Exchange location because of her. Exceptional service and a truly memorable shopping experience!
