I had a very disappointing experience at this American Eagle location. I was waiting in line and it was clearly my turn to be served, but the cashier, whose name I believe was Kismi, helped another customer who arrived after me. When I politely asked why I was skipped, the cashier responded dismissively and said they wanted to help that customer first.
I then spoke with the store manager, hoping the situation would be addressed, but my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of resolving the issue, I felt unwelcome and was left with the impression that I should leave the store.
As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and respectfully. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel ignored and disrespected. I hope the store provides better customer service training and takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.
I truly had an exceptional experience shopping at this location. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed into the store with a friendly hello. The associate/ manager even remembered my daughter and I from a previous visit, which was really impressive. I asked if they stocked an item I saw online and she offered to check for me. As we were chatting my 1 year old knocked my coffee over spilling it all over the floor. As a new mom I was truly mortified but Hayley was so nice and didn’t make a big deal about it and helped me clean it up. I ended up finding two pairs of pants and they even priced matched the online price. Every associated I talked to was kind and helpful. Hayley even shared about making an appointment to shop for my next visit. I will definitely shop at this location again!

I was in the changing room and one of the staff walks in while i'm changing with it even knocking or anything. She then proceeds to knock first before checking the other rooms and no one apologized to me. When I walked out, the two staff were just staring at me and smirking. I complained to the cashier and she didn't seem to care at all. Really disgusting behaviour and it's common sense to knock before checking if a room is empty.
