  The manager Carmen has to be the rudest manager I have ever met. Absolutely not helpful, I had a pair of glasses returned but the attitude I got is out if this world. She should not be in customer service industry. Very not happy with this Sunglass Hut in Crossiron shopping mall. Never shopping here again thats for sure. 0 stars

  Terrible customer service by manager. Do not shop here as if you need to return something he will not let it happen. Sunglasses were never worn as they were a xmas gift and he tried showing me scratches on both lenses which I or anyone else could see. He just didnt want to return them. Was super rude. I then go to another sgh and the guy there returned them no problem Stay away from this one.
