  Karyn was lovely and super helpful! I went in to get a pair of sunglasses for a gift and she immediately helped me find the right size and colours. They had a sale so I decided to get myself a pair that I had been eying and she made sure to get me the supplies I need to take care of the glasses.

  I paid with my credit card, and although the transaction was charged, your point-of-sale machine displayed “Incorrect PIN” even though I entered the correct PIN. Believing the payment had failed, I paid with a different card. When I later noticed the charge on my first credit card, I contacted Sunglass Hut to request a refund for the duplicate payment. Instead, I was told to file a chargeback through my bank. This issue was caused by your point-of-sale system, so your store should take responsibility for resolving it. I should not have to go through the time and hassle of filing a chargeback and providing documentation to correct a duplicate charge caused by your equipment. This is disappointing customer service, and because of this experience, I will not be shopping at Sunglass Hut again.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this sunglasses store. The staff members were rude, unprofessional, and showed poor customer service throughout my visit. To make matters worse, they did not return my glasses, which is completely unacceptable. I spent $700 on glasses. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to recommend products that suited my needs. They clearly explained the benefits of their products and made my visit a great experience. Highly satisfied!
