  I had an issue with the lock on my Samsonite suitcase—it suddenly got stuck and wouldn’t open. I went to the Samsonite store at CrossIron mall and Jane was incredibly helpful. She quickly figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot, without charging us a penny. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into an easy fix just 3 days before our flight. Highly recommend this store.

  Did not honor 10-year warranty. Carry on luggage broke during first year due to manufacturing defect.

  Service was great - the woman that helped me showed me the varieties and differences between the lines I was interested in, super knowledgeable! I didn't feel pressured to go beyond my price range at all, and she answered any questions I had. Awesome experience at Cross Iron store!
