  Top Notch service….Best after purchase care…was able to get a spare/replacement nose pad for my sunglasses! All this while I visited Calgary (home base in Ottawa).

  Had an excellent experience at this location and specially the team they have here. I believe there were 3 sales people on the floor including the manager and they all helped ensure I had a great experience. Wasn’t able to catch the names of 2 of the other sales persons but i believe the floor managers name was Jacob who also processed my transaction was really great to work with and make sure I got what I needed. Although he may have upsold me on an extra warranty 😅 I’ll be sure to make full benefits out of it. I wish I got the names of the other 2 people, they executed their job in an exemplary way and hope they can be recognized for their service! Visited today, July 29 @ about 4-5 PM

  The staff is fabulous at this location! I both ordered online and bought from the store and both times enjoyed the interaction. Knowledgeable, not pushy, left me alone when I wanted to check the products, were promptly available when I had questions. I recommend those guys - definitely drop by when you need sunglasses!

  The customer service was great. Callum was super friendly and helpful in assisting us in getting a pair of glasses for my wife and daughter. He was not pushy at all, yet available and quick to assist and answer any questions we did have.
