  Worst customer service ever. The Girl didnt even acknowledge us at cash...then let a huge line up on the other side of the till build up and then a man came and asked if we had been helped and then she has the audacity to tell him say oh the line up is on the other side meanwhile we were there before everyone else....I was so annoyed why couldn't she have told us where the line up was 10 mins ago while we waited behind the customer prior. I put stuff down and walked out.

  Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior at Your Store Dear American Eagle Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your store on [date]. When I approached the cashier to collect my order, there was no one initially at the counter. I simply showed my order number and asked for guidance on how to proceed. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me spoke to me in a rude and impolite manner, which I found completely unacceptable. When I requested the employee’s name to report the incident, the store manager refused to provide it. I believe that all customers deserve respectful and professional treatment, and I hope you will address this matter appropriately to ensure better service in the future.   Very friendly staff and good service! Very good selection on the items compared to the other AE stores in the city. Usually pretty busy as well. Overall a good place to shop for AE
