  It’s has great experience to shop around the store with my parents. Dhanvi helps us a lot to find perfect shopping exposure. She was very nice and vocal in term of approaching the customer. She did help us with start ti cash out. Thank you surely gonna visit again.

She naturally makes every customer feel welcome, valued, and remembered. She listens, is patient, notices small details, and helps without ever being pushy. While sales skills can be taught, genuine kindness and making people feel important cannot—and Lily has that naturally. Customers may forget what they bought, but they won’t forget how she made them feel. Tommy Hilfiger CrossIron Mills is lucky to have her, because the best salesperson is often the one people remember long after they leave the store.

  Staff Lily at Cross iron mall was very helpful and fun to talk to. Lily provided one of the best customer service I’ve experienced , she was incredibly helpful and very patient making the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service makes us come back every now and then to shop there.
