I had a great experience shopping at the Calvin Klein store today. Cashier Amandeep Kaur was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the checkout process. She went above and beyond by checking the back room for additional stock and helping me find the right size. She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions patiently, and made the entire transaction quick and pleasant. Excellent customer service like this makes me want to return. Thank you, Amandeep, for the wonderful shopping experience!

Extremely disappointed with supervisor/manager!!!
Kelvin Klein needs to take a serious notice as so many people are upset with the staff there!
I had a very disappointing experience at Calvin Klein crossiron mills today. I went to buy a men’s shirt and proceeded to the counter to pay, but I noticed the shirt had stains and dirt. I was told that it was the last piece available, so I asked for a discount due to its condition, as I didn’t expect to pay full price for a damaged item.
The supervisor/manager offered only a 5% discount and said she could only give 10% if the item was “torn off,” which felt unprofessional. I still liked the shirt and agreed, but then I noticed the cuff was slightly ripped, which likely explains why it was the last piece. When I pointed it out, she dismissed it as minor damage and said she could not do anything further.
She was so rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction and refused to provide her name, saying she is not supposed to share it. She also gave me the wrong customer service number, which I later found out was incorrect.
Very unprofessional and rude girl.
She was slim, short , fair complexion, and had blonde highlighted hair.

Today I went to Calvin Klein to exchange something. When I paid the first time, I had reward points and I redeemed them. But when I was returning the item, they charged me an extra $8, saying that I had already used my points before. I am seriously disappointed. They are cheating people.
I always have a great experience shopping at Calvin Klein. They consistently have really good deals, which makes it easy to find stylish pieces without breaking the bank, and their selection of clothing is always impressive with plenty of options to choose from. What really stands out though are the staff, they’re always friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s definitely one of my go-to stores whenever I’m at CrossIron Mills
