  They always seem rude here. I’ve been in a few times, and it feels like helping customers is an inconvenience. When I was dressed casually, I could barely get any help. When I was in business attire, they pushed $400 sunglasses, and as soon as I said no, they stopped helping me. This has happened more than once.

  Erin was great! Informative, and honest. She kept answering my question and let the phone go to voice mail, as she was the only employee on at that time.
