  Fina was very attentive throughout our visit. She was always kind and made sure I found the right size. She also gave me helpful suggestions, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with my purchase. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back again!

  I had an excellent experience with Jasmeen! She was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She listened carefully to what I needed and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude and professional customer service really stood out. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I truly appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. Jasmeen is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. I would definitely be happy to be helped by her again!

  I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Tommy Hilfiger today. Unfortunately, not a single staff member was helpful or welcoming, and even the manager’s attitude made us feel like she wanted us to leave the store rather than helping us. I expected much better customer service from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger. This was a very unpleasant experience, and honestly, I’ll have to think twice before visiting this store again.
