I had bought a pair from the upstairs WEM location that turned out to be defective and apparently the floor model which I wasn’t aware of, and so I came to Southgate to exchange them because they had the same pair in stock. Amazing and kind service, very understanding, so nice to help me the way they did. Next time I want more sunglasses I will be back.

Sunglass Hut at Southgate is one of my favourite shops. The product selection is such that I inevitably leave with a pair or two of beautiful sunglasses. Lately I had some remarkable retail therapy thanks to Mitchel, Sylvia, and Anas who both knew their products well, had first-rate senses of style, and were attentive but without hovering. Exceptional service.
