  I had a really frustrating experience with Sunglass Hut. I purchased a pair of Meta smart glasses specifically because I was told they would be delivered within two days. That timing was important because I needed them for my upcoming trip. It’s now been over a week, and the glasses still haven’t arrived. What made the situation worse is the lack of honesty and accountability from the manager. I kept getting different answers and excuses every time I followed up, which felt very misleading. At one point, the manager even suggested that I buy another pair from their in-store stock and then return the one that’s still on the way. That’s not a real solution—it’s inconvenient, ties up more of my money, and shifts the burden onto me instead of fixing their mistake. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Poor communication, missed delivery expectations, and unhelpful customer service. I wouldn’t rely on them if timing matters for your purchase.
