  Terrible Store!! We bought 6 sunglasses and we only wanted to exchange one of them after a few days, and they did not accept and the staff was so rude and disrespectful and he told us get out of the store!!!! I have not seen something like this before in Canada. No Customer Service!! They are Terrible. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE !!

  I bought 700$ ysl sunglass for this store and when I went home I found out handle is lose ,I can back for exchange the sunglass and customer service (Romi) was so rude to me and refused to listen to us . AND EVEN TOLD US TO GO TO HELL . we bought the sunglass a week ago and we had recipe . I bought 2500$ sunglass this month, if you don't exchange this one ,I will return all .

  This review is for the store upstairs around the ring: Awful service. Rude condescending staff. A woman with green lenses in particular. Will never buy from here. I would give 0 stars if I could
