  I had an excellent experience, thanks to Francis. He is incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I went in planning to buy a Ray-Ban sunglasses, as I’ve been a lifelong customer, but Francis introduced me to Maui Jim, and I’m so glad he did. When my glasses later broke, Francis went above and beyond, he took care of the glasses, mailed it to Maui Jim, and helped me get it fixed / get a replacement. He even did this twice! Francis provides truly exceptional customer service and genuinely cares about his customers. He is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He is honestly the best, and Sunglass Hut is very lucky to have someone like him. Highly recommend visiting Francis at the Kingsway location!
