Great experience today! Got my Tom Ford glasses and the gentleman who helped me was great! I forgot his name but I think it was Remo or something like that.

The Custom service guy was amazing! So helpful. And didn’t rush us when my mom was taking forever. He was so great!

I took a pair of sunglasses I bought online from Sunglass Hut into this location to have them made a bit tighter by heating up the arms and bending them slightly (as I have done with every other pair). One of the sales guys came to the door, took a quick look, said he couldn’t help and to go to LensCrafters to have them tighten them. Umm what?! How lazy can a salesperson be. I went to the other location in the mall and the girl was super helpful and fixed them in 30 seconds. I wouldn’t suggest this particular location as the employees can’t be bothered to even try to help.
