  I went to West Edmonton Mall to look for some sunglasses for this upcoming golf season. Andeep was super helpful and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to try on different makes and styles. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this store for anyone who is looking to purchase sun glasses.

  Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I’ve visited the store at least five times over the past two weeks and still haven’t received a clear answer or any communication from the manager. I even ended up buying another pair, yet the excuses kept continuing. I’ve given this store thousands of dollars in business over the years, and this is the first time I’ve had to complain about sunglasses simply because they were hurting my nose. Unfortunately, it feels like all they care about is making the sale.
