  I had a great experience visiting and purchasing a product at the Ray-Ban WEM location. Chrissie was very accommodating and reliable. She took the time to help me find the sunglasses that suited me best and made sure I was comfortable and confident with my choice. All the staff were also very kind and friendly.

  Had an absolutely fantastic experience at the WEM Ray-Ban store, all thanks to Angelica! She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions immediately with so much confidence and expertise. She made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable. I will definitely be buying my next pair of Ray-Bans with her. If you want top-tier service and someone who really knows their stuff, go see Angelica!

  Bought 2 pairs of glasses 2 years ago, one regular with prescription , and one sunglass with prescription, i payed around 600 for both pairs now 2 years later I need lens replacement as my lenses are scratched, I was quoted 1000 to get my lenses replaced. How are the lenses more expensive then the the glasses with the lenses 2 years ago. What a scam. Dont buy ray-ban, they have absolutely 0 customer service. I will find somewhere else to replace my lenses as the price is eas quoted was outrageous.

  Just got a wonderful pair of sunglasses, and Farbod and Benetta were incredibly helpful and friendly! They made the experience so much better!
