  Belle was extremely frustrating to deal with during a return. She kept contradicting herself, which just made everything more confusing than it needed to be. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional rude for no real reason - especially considering she wasn’t even involved in the original purchase or the start of the return. Tia, on the other hand, was great. She helped us when we bought the sunglasses and was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and professional the whole time. Even during the return situation, she handled things really well. She is the only reason I’m giving any stars and only reason we’d come back to this location.
