  This place is totally terrible. I used to shop at this location all the time. But since they have gone through renovations in the same area, it is totally trash with new staff. Went there to buy some clothes. And asked for size check but the blonde lady be like we don't have, we don't have without even a single check in system or at the back of the store. Then, she tried to sell me while saying oh these are good prices. I mean, why would I purchase as it was not worth it because of wrong fittings. Just not her, there were another 2 staff members also doing same thing rather helping. They were just gossiping about customers. Usually older staff they used to do best things to satisfy their customers. There is a way to say things and its their job to give customers the right information in a positive .. polite way. Later on, I found myself a right size just behind the walls. I mean what the hell is wrong with them. They don't offer any help. I was extremely disappointed and left the store without purchasing anything. I would definitely say check out other location at leduc mall . But don't come here. They hired terrible staff here. I miss the older staff which was very good and overwhelmingly supportive .. helping.

  To Calvin Klein Management, I would like to share feedback about my experience in your store today, around 12:00 PM. For a store of this level, the customer service did not meet expectations. One of the staff members, a male employee, opened the fitting room door while I was inside and wearing only underwear. This was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. Also, there was no assistance with carrying clothes to the fitting room, and there were no baskets available to place the items in, which made the shopping experience inconvenient. In addition, I have entered my information for the membership program three times, and every time I come back, my information is not in the system. I am repeatedly asked to enter the same details again, which is frustrating and unprofessional. I am sharing this information for Calvin Klein management, as I believe these issues should be reviewed and addressed. Thank you.

  CK has a dark pair of slim black men's jeans - they are the best fitting and looking for 9-5 to evening amongst most other jeans, they simply fit great. I regularly buy them. Today I had a slight issue with some pairs that I purchased and management took care of it swiftly, min back and forth, totally respectful about the whole exchange. Very, very appreciative. Great store and management.

  I cut my finger on the inside of my boyfriend’s door on the way into the store to buy a new bra and get my boyfriend a sweatsuit for his birthday the next day. I asked the cashier for a Band-Aid and he immediately got to action getting me a Kleenex and sanitizer to hold on my finger while he went and got me a Band-Aid. He went into the back and I heard someone say to him “ Sometimes people come in here looking for a Band-Aid and then they don’t buy anything.. Just tell them we don’t have any.” Which is crazy because we were intending on spending a good bit of money, but I didn’t want to stay and shop getting blood all over their stuff and they couldn’t even help me out with a Band-Aid. 🥲
