  Very disappointed with my experience at this location specifically with Victoria. I purchased items on sale in the wrong size and simply wanted to exchange them for the exact same items in a different size. I was told this could not be done at the sale price because the items were priced higher in store, which makes absolutely no sense when I was exchanging the exact same product, not returning it and repurchasing something different. i also wanted to purchase underwear that was advertised online for 10/$42, but Victoria would not honour that price and said she could only offer the in-store promotion of 6/$39. I regularly price match at this location and other locations throughout the city I was surprised that this wasn’t even attempted. When I asked for a manager to clarify the policy, Victoria would not get one and simply told us that she could not do it and to order it online - was very rude throughout the whole interaction . If I wanted to order it online I wouldn’t have made the trip. If there is a specific policy preventing these exchanges or promotions from being honoured, a manager should have been available to explain it.

  Four employees were working on the floor and every single one went out of their way to not acknowledge the presence of any patron in the store. Not a smile, friendly gesture or single offer of help. I have never experienced this in any retail establishment. Train your staff better. Plain and simple. I was there for over 10 minutes listening to your staff complain about their headaches to each other. I would also like to add there was only one or two other customer in the store. Do better. After reading that so many people have experienced this at the Kingsway Mall location, I am even more stunned nobody has tried to fixed this issue. Gross.
