  Worest services I have ever seen in my life I was a regular customer to this location I buy trouser and was largely size she (dalya) told me to throw to the garbage and buy new I will not change and so rude the way she speak 💔

  I just went to American eagle to try on jeans for the first time in years, and Clair made me feel so good about myself and helped me through quite literally everything from sizing to styles! I am so happy with my (boyfriends) purchases! 😇🩷

  The staff on both sides of the store were unhelpful, ignored us almost completely while we looked for help and when we entered the change rooms they were full of other clothing, when checking out the lady was rude and did not make me feel comfortable in the store at all. Will not be going back to this location.

  I had a disappointing experience at checkout at American Eagle .The cashier seemed uninterested in helping, asked me to repeat my phone number while talking on the walkie, and her overall attitude felt unwelcoming. She also handed me my clothes without even offering a bag, and when I asked for one, it felt like an inconvenience to her. I believe staff should be trained more like who to treat every customer respectfully.On a positive note, the girl helping in the fitting room was very friendly and helpful.
