  Pleasantly surprised! I honestly thought this store wouldn't be a place I shopped at but I ended up loving it! They've always got good sales running & new styles to choose from. In the past year of shopping at the Southgate location, I have always experienced amazing customer service which is very impressive.

  This was my first and last time shopping at this store. It is deeply disappointing when a shelf indicates a 50% discount, yet the receipt at the checkout shows the full price.

  Worst experience ever – June 11, 2026 (evening). I have been shopping at this store for almost two years and have never had an experience like this before. The tall girl employee with red hair and glasses (11th june evening)was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude toward customers were disappointing. I thanked her twice for helping me, but received no acknowledgment and felt unwelcome throughout the interaction. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses it to ensure better customer service in the future.
