  Terrible customer service will never spend a penny with the company again. Young kid couldn’t do his job because he feared his manager and told me to come back and see her. You have an exchange policy for a reason. Do better

  Only one staff member, he couldn’t help me with the glasses I needed, didn’t clean them. Seemed checked out. I don’t blame him, but I really needed to get my glasses adjusted. So now I’m making a trek to another mall which is frustrating and a huge time waste. Shouldn’t be like this in 2026. I think they need to hire more staff so they can properly help customers out.
