  I love the Shaganappi Trail location! I needed new lenses for my Versace sunglasses, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Even though they were extremely busy, I was given great service, and a wonderful deal on my lenses! Thanks so much to Kevin and that sweet young lady that walked him through the process!   THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE BASIC CONCEPT OF A GIFT RECIEPT. I purchased RayBans as a gift for my son's birthday. A gift receipt was provided. He returned to the store to exchange them for a different style (with the gift receipt and within 7 days of my purchase) They refunded the full amount back to me and made my son pay for the new pair! I will never shop here again.

  A huge thank you to Shay who is an absolute angel. I bought sunglasses from her two years ago and she actually remembered me and my best friend from that purchase, so when we came in today she was so warm and exciting, tightened my old sunglasses, and helped me find a beautiful new pair. She’s fantastic, I highly recommend her and this store!
