THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE BASIC CONCEPT OF A GIFT RECIEPT. I purchased RayBans as a gift for my son's birthday. A gift receipt was provided. He returned to the store to exchange them for a different style (with the gift receipt and within 7 days of my purchase) They refunded the full amount back to me and made my son pay for the new pair! I will never shop here again.

The staff provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me. When an issue arose, they handled it professionally and resolved it promptly. A huge thank you to Shay who is an absolute angel. I bought sunglasses from her two years ago and she actually remembered me and my best friend from that purchase, so when we came in today she was so warm and exciting, tightened my old sunglasses, and helped me find a beautiful new pair. She’s fantastic, I highly recommend her and this store!

Shayaan was so amazing and helped me and my husband select the best sunglasses … he was professional and so friendly!
The manager was super friendly as well - the other employee Success was very friendly as well. Love this store!
