  My aunty bought me a beautiful pair of sunnies from this downtown location and I noticed a scratch on the lens not long after the purchase. I went in looking to replace the pair and the manager and her main girl took such amazing care of me, it blew me away!! I highly recommend supporting this location. They know how to take excellent care of their customers and it truly makes a difference. This will be my go to spot for new sunnies any day in a heart beat. Thank you ladies for all your help. I hope you ladies both get raises for your outstanding customer service.

  I had an exceptional customer service experience thanks to Naomy. She is incredibly down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and has a great eye for style. Not only was she very helpful and understanding regarding my return within the 30-day window, but she also provided completely unbiased and honest advice during my purchases. Instead of just trying to make a sale, she gently steered me away from frames that didn't suit me and encouraged me to try a pair of Wayfarers I never thought would work. Trusting her judgment completely paid off—they look fantastic! Naomy is a skilled, genuine, and graceful salesperson, and I am so grateful for her help.

  I want to thank Fran and Mahak for their great service at the Sunglasses Hut in the CORE mall in Calgary yesterday. They were super helpful, honest and helped me pick two pairs of sunglasses that were perfect!
