  I had an outstanding experience at the Ray-Ban store, and I want to give a special thank you to Jewel for her exceptional customer service. I ran into an unexpected issue during my visit, and Jewel went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She was patient, professional, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into one of the best retail experiences I’ve had thanks to her dedication and willingness to help. It’s not often that you come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way Jewel does. Her positive attitude, problem solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Jewel, for going the extra mile.   I got my sunglasses fixed at this store for free!! Baraa was amazing, she was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service and a really nice experience overall!

  Me sorprende mucho ver comentarios negativos sobre la atención en esta tienda de Ray-Ban. La primera vez que vine a comprar mis lentes venía en ropa de trabajo y, a pesar de que tuve que usar el traductor, las señoritas fueron muy amables y me atendieron excelente. Recientemente tuve un detalle con una de las micas, regresé para hacer válida mi garantía y me atendieron con esa misma amabilidad y profesionalismo. Sin duda, un servicio de primera. I am very surprised to see negative comments about the service at this Ray-Ban store. The first time I came to buy my glasses, I was wearing work clothes, and even though I had to use a translator, the saleswomen were very kind and treated me excellently. Recently, I had an issue with one of the lenses, I returned to validate my warranty, and they assisted me with that same kindness and professionalism. Definitely, a top-tier service.

  Yasmina and team are very accommodating. I got my rayban meta and wayfarer for my son. Excellent customer service.
