  I had a great experience thanks to Jewel for being incredibly helpful! She never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all my questions. She also gave me helpful tips on choosing frames that suited my face and lifestyle, which made the decision so much easier. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great customer service. Highly recommend!

  I really wanted to commend my sales associate, Baraa, at the Ray Ban Chinook location. She was exceptional in how helpful she was in answering my questions about the Ray Ban Meta glasses. I told her that I wasn't planning on making a purchase that day and that I was just seeking information. At this point, some associates would likely ignore me. Baraa continued to answer my questions and went out of her way to show me how to change nosepieces. She even let me try on her own pair of Ray Ban Metas so I could get a better understanding of how they worked! I was so impressed by the service that I ended up purchasing a pair of the Scriber Optics that day! I've had them now for about a week and am very impressed by them!   It was my first time visiting the Ray-Ban store, and I went in looking for a high-quality pair of sunglasses for the summer. I was greeted by Jule, who made me feel welcome right away. She gave me the space to browse and try on different pairs, but was always there whenever I had a question or needed help. I ended up going with the Olympian, and I absolutely love them. Thanks again, Jule, for making it such a great experience!

  I recently visited the Ray-Ban store in Calgary while traveling from California, and I had a great experience. I bought a pair of glasses for my girlfriend, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Suman Sudhu, who helped me throughout the process. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional. Her friendly behavior made the whole experience even better, and she helped me choose the perfect pair. Highly recommend this store if you’re in Calgary—great products and even better customer service!

  I had such a great experience at the Ray-Ban store. I came in looking for prescription glasses and wasn’t completely sure what would suit me, but Suman made the whole process so easy. She was patient, friendly, and really took the time to explain the lens options and help me find frames that looked good and felt comfortable. It didn’t feel rushed at all — just honest, helpful customer service. I left feeling really happy with my choice. Thank you, Suman!
