  Absolutely horrible customer service, representative refused to listen to my request, told me not in store before I finished and cut me off mid sentence then told me there is no such listing and model number was not helping them find the item I was looking for.

  I was pleasantly surprised how great my experience was today. Very few places still have great customer service. I went in to just get/order a new pair of sunglasses under the protection plan. The associate Khris was helpful, friendly and polite. They also had my pair in stock and even offered me another color option. The experience was easier than any other business with similar protection plans. This was my first official pair of oakleys <and first replacements> and I've been made a life time customer based off today. Thanks!

  Coming off the excellent experience at Cross Iron I had similar expectations for this store. Visited twice, very poor customer service especially by the sales supervisor today. All that was needed to be done was pick up my online order and return my other pair but apparently it’s a very comprehensive task in which attitude is needed to be shown. Good shirt collection tho 😄👍
