  July 21 bought some items. I’ve been shopping there for a while and they give me a wrong size shirt came home. Take the tag off and the shirt was too small. Went back to exchange it.   I purchased a dress online and it was too small so I took it to the Chinook Armani and Olena and Victoria made the process of exchanging the dress easy and they even found me the proper size in store.   Hello, My name is Ahsan. On June 29, at around 6:45 PM, I purchased several items from Armani, including 3–4 shorts, one pair of pants, one jacket, and a shirt. I believe I forgot to collect the Armani shirt from the front desk after completing my purchase. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt because I misplaced it after getting home. Is there any way to check your system for my purchase made on Monday? If any store staff reads this message, I would really appreciate your help in checking whether the shirt was left behind. I will be visiting the store again soon. Thank you for your time and assistance. A Ukrainian lady was working that Monday. I don’t remember her name exactly, but I think it was Victoria. She came into the store after her shift had ended.
