  Came to pick up my order I placed online in store evening of May 14th one of the sweaters I was unsure of since they didn’t have the material it was made of listed so I asked the girl (Asian with long jewelled nails) who initially helped me retrieve the order if I could return the sweater I was unsure of, she said I’m sorry we can only exchange if you’d like to look around. I let her know I already had and I would just like to return the item, when ordering it online it never said anything along the lines of final sale or exchange only and I even pulled up the confirmation email and purchase history on the app. I asked her if I could then just get a store credit and she said no sorry. After asking to speak with anyone else. The manager on duty came over I explained the situation and he was sincerely understanding and refunded me the item I no longer wanted.
