They never make you feel like you can’t afford something or as if you don’t belong there. Always so happy to show you their products without making you feel pressured to buy. I got my purse from this location and they’re always so helpful. They even buffed my bag and gave me tips on the best way to keep the shape/leather of my bag I got a few years back .

Everyone will agree that service at the luxury stores in Canada could use some improvement compared to Europe or even states. Not a story about this place. They treat you very well and make you feel special. So far best customer service from all luxury stores in Calgary

My purchase was rung and the money taken then they told me I had to wait a week to receive the item. I finally showed up to pick it up and had to wait. Not the greatest customer service. Toronto Prada is better.

Holt Calgary needs to step up there game, open a full line Prada store and promote these two as store managers.
