  I’ve been living in this building for a while and there are both positives and negatives. The biggest issue is that the rent increases every year, which makes it harder to stay long-term. The electricity costs are also surprisingly high compared to similar buildings. Another downside is the noise — it can get quite loud at times — and the overall cleanliness of the common areas is only average. On the positive side, maintenance requests inside the apartment are handled quickly. Whenever something breaks, it usually gets fixed without much delay. Also, the building manager, Saleh, does a very good job and is helpful and responsive. Overall, there are some good aspects, but the rising rent, high electricity costs, and noise are things to consider before moving here.

  Just wanted to say I had an amazing experience with Ashley Ramdass the rental agent. She was quick and efficient and really made it easy to finalize the lease and get into my new apartment right away!!!

  We have been living in this building for the past 3 years. Our unit is very large compared to other 4 1/2 on the market and it is newly renovated. The highligh, though, is the wonderful staff that is always attentive and responsive and incredibly efficient at making sure we were happy tenants! Ashley, the leasing agent, and Salehe, the building administrator, are truly amazing and have made our experience at the montefiore an absolute pleasure!

  Je vis présentement dans cet immeuble et je suis très déçue et découragée! Il n’y a absolument aucun service à la clientèle. Des colis se sont fait volés et j’avais une tablette à 800$ Dans un de ceux là. On ne m’a offert aucune aide je serait e que d’appeler moi-même la police. Les factures d’électricité ne font aucun sens. Aucun. Je vis seule et je paye plus de 450$ pour deux mois. On nous avait promis un dédommagement, ce qui ne meme jamais été réitérer par la suite. L’eau et l’air sont très mauvais; il y a de la poussière partout! Je suis asthmatique et je suis constamment en train d’utiliser mes pompes. Le Plancher est constamment froid et il n’y a aucune isolation ni insonorisation dans le building. Je paye un prix considérable pour ne pas avoir à me soucier de ces détails…. Mais apparemment, je jette mon argent par les fenêtres. Je ne renouvelerai pas.
