  I’ve seen roaches in the hallways by some doors and heard from different tenants having issues with said roaches and even bedbugs. Don’t live here.

  The building manager that everyone says is so nice in these reviews? He resigned. Good luck reaching anyone if you need help with anything. Stolen packages are a huge problem now. My first rent increase was an illegal amount, same for every neighbor I've spoken to, it's no coincidence everyone here wants to move. They hope you'll ignore the auto renewal emails and not fight for a just amount and get away with $100+ increases. The apartments are sitting vacant and getting cheaper because of the state of the building (note the constant string of recent 1 star reviews with all of us residents sharing the same feedback including tons of pictures showing the state of neglect of the building). They hope you will sign but then increase your rent an insane amount. Be wary. I would also like to mention the "property manager" Lorenzo Massa, who handles the lease renewals and is straight up non responsive. If you do get a response he will be incredibly rude and even belittle you. He won't hear out any of your concerns and even aside from leasing he doesn't actually take care of his building - note all the other photos - this building is FILTHY. He will make you go down a whole rabbit hole trying to find a higher up at Centurion to even hear you out. These are advertised as luxury apartments but for what they charge you can do much better. I can't not recommend this building enough. Small, overpriced, broken appliances, dirty, noisy, etc. Common areas are littered with water, leaks, spit, urine, dust, etc. Garbage and recycling overflows. The building does nothing to collaborate with the construction next door to minimalize how it affects us negatively. No support or even being heard out from the people actually running things.
