The room was incredibly dirty, filthy. Thousands of bugs everywhere, in the bed, on the floor, in the windows, in the bathroom, in the showers, everywhere.
No elevators, and the check-in lady said they didn't have elevators because it was a historical building, which of course was ridiculous.
Breakfast is over very early, which saves them money, but is inconvenient to guests.
The entire first floor is dog floor, and with the rooms as dirty as they are, if you have dog allergies, you're going to wind up in the hospital.
All in all, a VERY disappointing stay.

Best hotel to sta. Very good staff
Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel stands out for its prime location right in Hot Springs State Park. The historic property offers comfortable rooms, a complimentary hot breakfast (although skip breakfast there and go to the Black Bear Cafe), and the unique perk of a mineral-fed hot tub sourced from the local springs. Friendly staff and easy access to the park’s attractions make it a convenient, reliable base for exploring the area.

Un charmant établissement historique. Chambres joliment aménagées avec mobilier rustique et salles de bains modernes. Pas d'ascenseur.
piscine HD dommage.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m making an exception to warn other travelers.
This hotel is in urgent need of renovation, but the problems go far beyond its age. An old building is not an excuse for uncomfortable, nearly unusable beds, poor cleanliness, and an alarming lack of basic standards and common sense. Yes, common sense.
The lady at the reception was kind and did her best to help, but unfortunately, the staff cannot compensate for the poor hotel’s condition. In its current state, this establishment does not meet even the minimum standards that should be expected from a hotel.
