  Pool is gone now- Rooms were alright the beds were nice and soft with good pillows but the bathrooms were outdated and dingy. They are pet friendly and had a pretty nice breakfast spread. However they did get rid of their pool to make room for their new lobby

  Nice place, lobby is being remodel. What we like is it is on the main street and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. However, some road noise so ask for a room away from the street. Still, we have been here a couple times and like it.

  Was told twice "we'll do our best" to give you connecting rooms. Not until checking in we're we told they have no pet friendly rooms that connect. Dog area they have is pretty pathetic.

  NO POOL - NO GYM Appears to be under renovation Where the pool was is being turned into a new lobby However, the room I stayed in was a not very good: bad toilet, bad cooling, strange access, and I feel too expensive for the room quality and lack of amenities.

  Top five reasons why you will not have a good sleep at the best Western Sheridan center. One. Walls are paper thin and you’ll hear conversations from rooms around you. Two. Doors are set up to automatically slam. Three. Management puts all guests in rooms beside each other clearly to save money so that housekeeping doesn’t have to spend the extra 30 seconds to walk down the hall. Four. Air-conditioning is wired to save management money and turns off intermittently and quits working at 4 AM. Five. Your skin will be itchy from the sandpaper like 20 year-old towels. Six. The curtains are 20 years expired and don’t block the sun coming in your room. My sleep tracking devices confirmed that this was my worst sleep in years, not with standing I was extremely tired and prepared for lights out. Great place if you don’t intend on sleeping. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is good. High ceilings in room are nice. Quite spacious rooms. Beds are pretty comfortable. I know that they are engaged in renovations. But with management that it doesn’t address these issues I don’t have hope for the future.
