  This is a nice Best Western. The place is very clean and my room was fairly quiet. The shower in 308 squeaked but it was a good flow of water. I had a very nice waffle for breakfast. The attendant was very helpful and got me some peanut butter for my waffle. The coffee was good. It was a very good stay and I would return.

  Last night I received outstanding service from Brent at the front desk. Not only did he conduct himself in a very courteous and professional manner, but he also helped me to navigate my truck and RV through the parking lot, which was quite a task, being that I was alone and by myself, but he helped ensure that I made it safely through a very tight situation. Brett stepped in and made sure that I made it through without incident. He was great, and made sure that my stay was a pleasurable experience. Kudos to him and everyone else that assisted in providing me with a clean and well kept room during my short stay here. He went above and beyond last night so I wanted to make sure to recognize him for all of his efforts while I was here! “Bravo Zulu” as we used to say in the Navy!

  Thank you Keten and staff! My room was tidy and quiet. The breakfast was hot too. I'll be sure to stay here whenever I'm in Laramie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  5-23-2026 I have the worst experience ever the first 15 minutes of laying down i’ve got bitten by bed bugs, catch two and showed them to the guy at the front desk and ask for a refund wich he said he doesn’t have the authority to do so instedhe offer me a different room, as im putting my review im trying the other room i guess I’ll update in the morning
