  Clean Hotel, but Unacceptable Customer Service and Privacy Violation The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately that is about the only positive thing I can say about my stay. I had two rooms booked for five days, so I gave this hotel plenty of opportunity to provide a good experience. Room service was disappointing, and the staff at check-in was rude and seriously lacking in basic customer service. However, the most disturbing part of my stay happened when a staff member unlocked my door and entered my room while I was sleeping—even though the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly displayed on the door. They came into the room and turned on the light while I was asleep. This was not housekeeping, as housekeeping had already serviced the room earlier that morning. A Do Not Disturb sign should mean exactly that. Having a hotel employee enter an occupied room while a guest is sleeping is a serious privacy and security concern and is completely unacceptable. After paying for two rooms for five days, I expected much better treatment and professionalism. A clean and comfortable room does not make up for rude service and having your privacy violated. I will not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

  Located out of the main-street hustle, this is probably the nicest place to stay in Cody. They try to keep that image up with sharp employees. Decent restaurant onsite. Would definitely recommend.

  Overall, it was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, my family had a good time, and the property was clean and quiet. My only suggestion is to hire more welcoming and friendly staff. When we arrived to check in, the staff didn't smile or offer a welcoming greeting. Later, when I went to the lobby to grab a brochure, I smiled at the staff assuming they would at least say hi or smile back, but I got nothing. We just didn't feel very welcomed.

  The location is great and the staff was very nice. The rooms were good however, it smelled funny out in the hallways. I don't know what the odor was almost like mildew but otherwise everything was super duper
