  Traveling fro minneapolis to duluth area, took the back way, so glad we did. Nice hotel, comfortable clean rooms, good breakfast. Breakfast potatoes were great, went back for seconds.

  Major road construction out front detour around back to enter. Reasonable prices. Clean room. Nice pool/hottub sauna wasn't working. Comfortable beds log cabin lodge feel throughout.

  Perfect lodging experience. From the time we checked in to our departure the customer service was A+. The lodge/cabin feel is warm and inviting. The common area where you eat a delicious breakfast is so nice to sit and take it all in. The beds and 5 pillows per bed is so comfortable. Bathroom and shower in our room was immaculately clean. The only thing I would change is the toilet size in our room, I think of Willie Wonka when I use the small toilet, it was made for an oompa loompa 😜. Will be returning very soon and often. Way to go Northwoods Lodge team!!

  Great hospitality. GM Dave picked us up himself in his truck when the shuttle was unavailable. Wonderful restaurant and lounge in the premise. Excellent dinner.

  I had a great experience staying at the Best Western Northwoods Lodge. Everything was extremely clean, from the rooms to the breakfast area, which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also fresh and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
