Needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Bedspread stained, towels threadbare, hair in the bathroom on the floor, hard water stains in shower, breakfast area not cleaned in between people sitting down or even having countertops wiped from spills after people serve themselves, trash behind the chair in the room, shower cap left on the back of the door in our friend’s room, cologne smell in our room, moth ball smell in our friend’s room. Easy access off the highway, water pressure for shower, and size of pool are positives. Should not be priced where it is for what you get- this is more like a Motel Six.

Fortunately ended up at this BW after the Quality Inn in New London canceled my reservation because I had a service dog. BW Plover was great. Spotless, well-appointed rooms. Plenty of room with clean carpets and great amenities. Decent service, although the desk clerk stayed hidden in a side office instead of attending the desk. Wonderful breakfast area with standard hot and continental offerings. A beautiful pool room with a slightly under-maintained pool, a sparkling hot tub, and towels the size of dish rags. Over all a great experience, and glad Quality Inn dropped the ball so I could find it.
