  Stayed here for the location - but the service was so poor that we will stay somewhere else next time. Requested that our room be serviced during our stay, but it was not done. When we got back to our unserviced room, the front desk just handed us some clean towels. We were charged premium rates for our UW Family weekend stay and expected to at least get our room cleaned. Our advice - don’t let the location impress you. Book a different hotel and use Uber to get you around Madison.

  Location Isn't so great to get to but once you are there and get a parking place, if you are lucky, It is great. Service ppl and restaurant grill were wonderful. Rooms extremely well stocked, fresh and clean. Hospital affiliation gives a great discount.

  We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison during a medical visit, at UW Health University Hospital. We could not have asked for a more supportive, comfortable, and comforting environment. This was a first time Hospital visit that was stressful, but the incredible team here managed to lift a massive weight off our shoulders. A very special shout-out goes to Dwyn, whose kindness and attentiveness meant the world to us. Dwyn went completely above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, and ensure we had absolutely everything we needed. Dwyn's kindness and genuine empathy and care is rare. The hotel is perfect for anyone visiting the nearby hospitals. The proximity to UW Health University Hospital is unbeatable. Our room was a quiet and comfortable and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, which made managing our meals convenient. In the mornings, the complimentary hot breakfast buffet offered a wonderful, start to the day with plenty of great options. From the amenities to the exceptional kindness and attentiveness shown by Dwyn and the rest of the staff, the InnTowner was more than just a place to sleep, it was a relaxing, comfortable place we could settle into, after a stressful day. We are incredibly grateful for their hospitality and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone traveling to Madison for medical care.

  Ricardo in the breakfast area went above and beyond with service and overall being a kind person. he does his job well and make sure everyone has what they need and everything is so clean and ready for other people to come in as other go. give this guy a raise!

  This was a great find in Madison when being in town for a football game. It is only .8 miles away from Camp Randall, the room was clean and parking was convenient. The shuttle dropping off and picking up anywhere in a 2 mile radius was a huge benefit. Free beer on gameday from 6 AM - 10 AM was the best perk of all! Would definitely stay here again if in Madison.
