The motel's ambience and amenities are excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a good night's sleep because of the constant noise from the nearby flights. We tried using the AC fan to create some white noise, but it wasn't helpful because the unit kept turning off after about five minutes and wouldn't come back on for another 15–20 minutes. And, the room was never quiet enough for us to sleep comfortably.
We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised having a hot tub. Unfortunately, we found out upon arrival that the hot tub was out of service. One of the customer stayed last year told my husband it has actually been out of service for about a year. She even mentioned that she stayed here last year, found the hot tub wasn’t working then either, and had hoped it would be fixed by now. She said she was just as disappointed as we were.
The hotel itself is outdated and in need of renovations. We chose this property because of the amenities it advertised, especially the hot tub. Had we known it had been unavailable for so long, we would have booked the DoubleTree instead.
The front desk guy told me that heating is working but it’s not it colder than the pool.
Overall, we are very disappointed with our stay. Advertising a hot tub that has been out of service for such an extended period is misleading and influenced our booking decision.
The experience staying at Best Western was exceptional- location is nice and they have the best staffs. Imesia - the staff at front desk helped us so much and she is very considerate. Pedro was our shuttle bus driver and he was driving smooth and fast. Highly recommended this place and will stay again in my next Seattle trip!

Service was great, only redeeming part of staying here… curtains don’t close so you’re flooded with florescent lights all night. The shower will set off the smoke alarm… the beds are old box springs that protest loudly to still being used. The attached photo is at 2 am. The ac was broken with a code of LC and you couldn’t set its. The staff was great but not much of else

The rooms are old and mine smelled really bad but the worst part of my stay was the customer service. I had a late night check in and I asked for a 11 am shuttle to the airport, I showed up at 1045 stood out front the driver saw me pulled up went inside came back out and left me standing there! I went back in and told them what happened and was told he was on his way back in 7 minutes. He showed up at 1120 when I asked him about it he stated I saw you but I was told no one going to the airport, I said " but I was standing right there waiting and you saw me, couldn't you have asked me?" He said NOPE! I only go by the list! So I had to wait for the 1130 shuttle which made me late! Really bad customer service and a really bad attitude towards the customer from the shuttle driver! I spoke with other guests in the lobby who also shared their complaints about this hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS considering what they charge you to stay here! Yuck!
