  Haven't even stayed here...... Tried to make a reservation....... I do not care for third party booking. That's my own choice. But when I asked for a direct line to the hotel the FIRST time....... I was given the WRONG number......led me to a creamatory business. THEN I called again and was hung up on 2x when I tried to ask for a direct line. So so sad what Best Western has come to. I used to work at a BW which is why I come back.......obviously not the same. BW has changed for the WORST! THANK YOU TO KELSI......when I finally got through to the MAIN line after 35 min of trying.......SHE was patient and amazing! NOTE TO BW: AI and outsourcing to other countries is HURTING your business........hence why I didn't book any of the 12 rooms I was trying to book for the wedding.

  Clean rooms, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, and a very short walk/bike/drive to vintners village! The water pressure and A/C were awesome too.

  Clean rooms with necessary amenities. The bed was nice enough for not being MY bed. Breakfast was well stocked. My only minor complaint is they dont have straws. I have a disability and it's impossible for me to drink out of a cup without assistance, which thankfully I had. Everyone was very kind and was a great stay, aside from that bit of oversight. Thank you.
