  This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had, they want to charge 35$ for late checkout, they call a flooded handicap ramp a pool. The manager was quick to email me when she thought she could get more money for a late checkout but when I had complaints she disappeared. Stay away. Go anywhere else. Sleep in your car is better than this place Edit to respond to owner. I notice your response doesn't address the lack of pool despite advertising 2! If your think charging 35$ for a late check out is hospitality or customer service you should be ashamed. This is a 1 star hotel at Best, and I would never come back, especially at 300$ a night with falsely advertised amenities. Your lack of response in person or directly shows how little you regard your customers. I will stick with holiday inn and other REPUTABLE hotels from now on, hotels that charge 1/3 less and have actual amenities and customer service. I guess you could put a kid pool in the parking lot and lie as well. Please stay away, any other hotel chain will do better. I will never go to a Worst Western again.

  WiFi didn’t work during stay. Pool on site is not a pool. Breakfast was not great at all. Check in was an hour late, I asked for an extra hour after check out because of this and then they charged me for it and stated they told me about it. They did not. And refuse to refund me

  They well charge you $100 more then the email that you get when you book online. Seams a little bet like a scam to me.

  Main reason for booking this room for my week-long stay was for the use of the hot tub and pool. OUT OF ORDER and they don't know when it'll be open. Offered points for the inconvenience. WTH? Rooms should be more soundproof with the navy base near by.
