  Heidi at the front desk is absolutely amazing! We showed up with a booking error and she bent over backwards to help and make something work for us!

  Staff was great but the hotel is dated. Its way overdue for a good cleaning and upgrades. Rooms had a musty smell. No USB chargers on the lamps. Again the staff were very friendly and great. The hotel is just old and tired.

  Kery was very nice with me and i also saw she was very nice with all the guests, hotel was clean, breakfast the delicious and overall it was very nice stay all the workers there so welcoming

  My husband had to stay at the best western in Monroe wa this past Monday Aug 17-19. The last night he woke up with bites all over his arms legs and back. They are huge and very itchy. When he notices the bites he looked at the bed and he found a bed bug and killed it and then there was a large blood smear left on the sheets. When he went to the front desk to complain all the lady said are u sure it wasn’t from fleas because the last group that stayed in your room had dogs. This was appalling. Shows they do not clean throughly and was ok if it was fleas. No apologies and did not state to comp the room fee either. He had to leave all his luggage there so that there was less chance to bring the bed bugs home. Since being home he has tried to at least be comped his room for the two nights and money for the lost clothes. They would only comp one of the two nights and do not plan to do anything else. The manager at the site never said sorry and was not friendly at all. We will never stay with them again and will spread the word. If these bugs appear at our house best western will be sorry.

  The atmosphere of the hotel is just absolutely beautiful. They have so many beautiful plants and cozy seating areas inside and outside! The staff are very friendly. The general manager checked in with us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. I sprained my ankle prior to arriving to Best Western and the general manager gave me a warm towel to put on my leg and that makes me grateful for everything they do. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us. They had a good variety of healthy breakfast that tastes like homemade breakfast. Thank you Best Western! I hope to stay with you guys again!
