  Stayed here several times, my go to hotel when in the area. Quiet, clean, less than a mile away from Safeway, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Walmart.

  Staff was helpful and polite, we checked in late on the 4th and they were so nice. Breakfast attendants were great (only had coffee, but they were spot on asking if I needed anything) not pushy or stopping service early (I have seen that at many other hotels), my grandkids in a separate room were able to get a great Breakfast. Later on we realized my husband had lost his wedding ring, I called the front desk and in 5 minutes she called me back that the housekeeping staff had located it in the bed!! WONDERFUL STAFF!

  Our room was clean and comfortable and the hot shower was amazing, as were the bath products. The breakfast was a step above other hotels we’ve recently stayed at. Fresh cut fruit was so nice!

  One night 220 $ for a 2 star hotel is extremely expensive ! Come on, even in Dubai for a 4 star it's less Who makes this prices, based on what ? For this hotel acceptable would be 65 $ per night, not more !

  We are currently staying at the Best Western in Lacey, and Ian at the front desk has been top-tier. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. My family and I are new to the area, and he went above and beyond by printing restaurant recommendations and local tour guides for us. After traveling a long distance and being in the middle of a major move, having this level of customer service has been beyond exceptional. Ian’s kindness and willingness to help have made our stay much less stressful and have truly made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for guests. We still have several nights left in our stay, but Ian has already made a lasting impression. Thank you for your outstanding service!!!!
