Alethia, had amazing customer service. She smiled and greeted us as we came into the door. Was very helpful in answering all our questions and making us feel very comfortable. And we dealt with her again as we were leaving checking out and again she was outstanding. Very friendly. Made you feel very comfortable. Outstanding customer service. As for the hotel, it was very nice We enjoyed our few days there soaking and relaxing in the hot tub. We will most likely visit again in the future.
We just spent three nights at Best Western Plus in Kennewick, and it was a great stay. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was quick and easy access to anything we needed within a few minutes from the hotel which was very nice.
We especially enjoyed Alethia at the check-in counter. She was so warm, friendly, and professional when we checked in and was willing to answer any questions we had as we were from out of town. She happened to be at the counter again when we checked out today and once again was very friendly and informative. She definitely set a great tone as we arrived and as we left. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Kennewick.
Great service! Pretty good food. Clean rooms. Fast easy check in. 24 hour pool.
The side of the hotel that faces hwy. 395 is very noisy (room 305). Almost every 10 minutes was a very loud car engine. Front facing room was much better (304).
Neighbors next to us were testing out the bed and thumping the walls for at least 30 minutes. Called the front desk to have them call them, but they just moved us to a new room at 1am. Very nice.
Read the breakfast menu posted in the dining area to know if you want to get up early for it. No bacon for both days, sad panda. :'(
Minor things IMO: Squeeling plumbing in the shower. Microwave buttons not working except for "add 30 secs".

Hi, I just wanted to write a quick review. On something that happened. My wife and I were scheduled to travel on Memorial Day weekend. I had booked a non-refundable room and due to some hospitalization. My wife could no longer travel. I contacted the general manager Mike Singh and he gladly helped me to cancel without any costs to me for the room
I told him he made my day. We have stayed at that hotel many times over the years on Memorial Day weekend, going up to the Spokane reservation to clean graves. And put memorial flowers on our ancestors graves I highly recommend this Hotel Thanks, Mike

What a FANTASTIC experience! This was my first time staying with Best Western and I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service at this location! I got in late last night and unfortunately I didn’t get the night auditors name but he was such a lovely man. I am here on business extremely last minute so I called ahead to let them know I would be coming in very late and that I was disabled so I needed something close to a door with 2 beds, since I had my teen son with me. Even though they didn’t have that available they did everything possible to accommodate. When we arrived, we were in the closest room to a door available on the ground floor, and although it was a one king room, they had the sofa bed pulled out and made all ready for my son. Which was AMAZING. After working all day and then driving a few hours with a couple hours of work still ahead of me when I arrived, the last thing I would have wanted to do was to make a bed.
Today, I met Hunter at the front desk and his customer service is just incredible. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE GEM OF A HUMAN. He took care of everything I needed with enthusiasm. He was fun and kind and had me eager to sign up for a rewards card because HELLO?! THE POINTS NEVER EXPIRE??? 24 hour pool? Sign me up! I come to town for work fairly frequently and look forward to staying here many more times in the future!
*Also, I have a service dog and even though everywhere is supposed to be ADA compliant about service dogs, sometimes people treat us like a problem, or inconvenience because they’re not “pet friendly”. I’m not sure if Best Western Plus is pet friendly or not as it isn’t something I ask about, but everyone was kind about my service dog. The gentleman at night even went out of his way to see if there was anything he needed to do to make my dog’s job easier which wasn’t necessary but I REALLY appreciated it.
