  This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First of all when we booked we saw several advertisements stating a price match guarantee. We found a better rate and then booked with BW. I submitted the form with screenshots to prove the price difference. Please see below for the advertising of price match on BW website. The screen shot of the better price. And the price of bw for the same day. We put on the reservation we had a service animal but upon arrival they were very short stuff us and proceeded to bounce us around rooms to accommodate the animal we had already informed them of. And they proceeded to charge an Additional $250 local fee. We had moved to spokane but were in the area to sell our home. Not locals but they didn't listen. In the end they charged us $434.00. For a room that was not the one advertised or that we paid for. When the price match peeps got back to me they have only argued with me over the price match. They said the price had to be available when they reviewed it days later in order to price match. Meaning my limited low price on Super.com was no longer available 3 days later so they won't honor it. Even with a screen shot. See emails below. Then they told me the super.com was sold out and that's why they wouldn't honor. Then told me it was not a better price. So they wouldn't honor it. See below the price difference is clear. BW before tax: 164.15 Super before tax 146.74 BW after tax: 184.88 Super after tax 164.58 Both show Super lower. So that email is wrong completely. Then the service and room were so bad. It was not the room we paid for. They moved us. Treated us like we annoyed them. So we checked out and left that day. We didn't stay the night. We still have a 434.00 charge on our card. They haven't sent the fee back yet. They told us 4 different prices. On BM receipts say 164.15. Then 184.88. Then 219.88. They charged us over 400$ We didn't even stay. And they are giving me the runaround about the guarantee still and about the way our stay went. For such a big company they are truly showing how they will fight and be stingy even if they are wrong. They say price match in the listings. They even give you a quick run down of the rules for it. But then they hide behind this little stipulation in the fine print that says "if the price matches when they review it..." so however many days they decide to wait before they review it.... if it still matches after that, then they honor the price match.   Room was very clean everything worked well. AC could have a little more fan output but worked well. Breakfast- scrambled eggs, country style hash browns, sausage links/ kinda odd flavor maybe turkey sausage or microwave. Front desk help awesome.

  Continental breakfast had fresh scrambled eggs, great sausage, and a coffee machine that gave you several coffee choices which made my wife happy. Not counting waffles, muffins and whole choice of stuff I didn't have.

  Staff was friendly. Vending machine for food likes to get the packages stuck. Pool open 24hrs, what a change from other places! Hot tub was not fully operational. Alarm clock was not present. Breakfast was delicious!! No-slip shower mat had black mold growing in a few spots. The mattress cover that zips up had stains on it.

  We had a great stay at this Best Western and were especially impressed by the smart TV in our room. It was so nice being able to sign into our own streaming services instead of relying on cable channels. We didn't have to use our laptop to watch the shows and movies we wanted, which made relaxing at the end of the day much easier. Overall, it felt modern and much more aligned with how people actually travel and unwind today. It's a small feature, but it really improved our stay and made the hotel feel guest-focused. That said, several issues came up during our stay that affected the overall experience. When we were first checked in and sent to a room, we found that the room was already occupied. Someone’s belongings were inside, and it was clear the room was in use. We had to return to the front desk and were reassigned to a different room. During check-in, the manager himself handled our check-in while my husband, my baby, and I arrived together as a family. My husband completed most of the check-in process while I sat nearby. The interaction felt somewhat rushed and not very welcoming, and we weren’t given any orientation to the hotel, such as where the pool was located or other basic amenities. Later, when we went downstairs to ask about the pool, the same manager appeared noticeably uninterested in assisting us, which added to the impression of a lack of attentiveness in guest service. There was also a moment at the front desk that stood out. Even though we had arrived together as a family, while I was seated and my husband was checking in, a staff member asked me if I needed assistance. I clarified that I was with him. It may have been an honest mistake, but it felt unusual in the context of us arriving together. As an interracial couple, this moment stood out to me personally, and I was left unsure whether it was simply confusion or something else. I’m noting it as part of my experience rather than drawing a firm conclusion. On top of that, the pool itself was nice in terms of design and depth, but there were no towels available because they had run out. Despite these issues, the room itself and the smart TV experience were excellent, and we would still consider staying again based on the comfort and convenience.
