  Booked a room with my 104 year old great grandma who needs a wheelchair and they put us on a floor that was not ADA accessable. They were able to switch our rooms but it was an inconvenience

  We had a great time staying at this best western. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and breakfast was really good, with some different options every morning. If you're a walker like myself there are some really great walking paths that are close, and if you're lucky some places you might get a glimpse of the majestic Mt. Rainier!

  This Best Western is one of only two hotels in the Gig Harbor area. The staff are always friendly. The property is always clean. The rooms are large and open. The location is really what sells the property though. Gorgeous, near the harbor, and quiet!

  Had a change of plans and this property would not work with me to cancel or even change dates. I was willing to re-book one month out and they were going to charge me a fee that was more than the original stay. Seem like uncaring, greedy people. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else where folks still care about people more than $200 bucks.
