  We ended up checking in here on a Sunday when our car wasn't able to make it home and needed repaired the next day before we could drive home. Service was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and spacious. Only down side was the ice machine was broken. Otherwise a really great place with good customer service.

  They have a noise problem here. According to the staff they have workers who work nights and their families stay and run between room, laugh, and talk in loud voices most of the night. Plus there is a laundry next to guest rooms that ran from 1:00-2:30am. It’s a 24 hour laundry. Our room was next to the laundry. Did I mention there is a rail line in the area. The rooms have noisy wall heaters and AC units that turn on and off. If you value sleep and you’re a light sleeper find another place. The manager responded in his feedback and said call him if you need any assistance. I called a week ago and left a message for him and so far no call back.

  My wife was visiting a friend in Ellensburg for the weekend and went to this hotel. The cleaners cleaned her room, but left the door open all day….It was the worst experience and management didn’t really apologize or have anything to say. Imagine spending the day in Ellensburg and coming back to a hotel room with the door wide open. Made the experience feel very unsafe, items could have been stolen, or messed with. That is so unacceptable and the staff member should be ashamed of themselves. Do not go here.
