  I love this hotel. What really makes the experience is the staff. A special shout out to Gina! She's the MVP of this place! I stay here fairly often for work & anytime I have had an issue it's always been quickly resolved & it's usually Gina whose resolves it. She's also the quickest at checking me in & I really appreciatethat after a 12-14 hour shift. I love the breakfast and coffee as well! Rooms are always clean & parking even a Commercial Motor Vehicle is easy at this place. Anytime I have work in southern Washington this is my go to layover spot.

  After two days of staying in some truly disappointing hotels while traveling with a friend, we arrived here expecting another mediocre experience. We couldn’t have been more wrong. This hotel completely changed the tone of our trip and stood out in every way. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful. After dealing with frustrating experiences elsewhere, having such a smooth and hassle-free check-in was a huge relief. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view and two cozy beds. The room being so clean was a huge thing for me, and the bathroom was awesome too. The pool was very nice too, which was a great bonus. Compared to the previous hotels we stayed in, the difference was night and day. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting. The next morning, breakfast exceeded all of our expectations. Not only was there an impressive variety of food, but everything tasted great. One of the highlights was the woman making custom omelets—she was so kind and friendly. It was also wonderful to see guests gathering and enjoying the welcoming atmosphere. After two rough hotel experiences, this stay felt like a breath of fresh air. The excellent service, comfortable room, and outstanding breakfast reminded us what a great hotel experience should be. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel of our trip, and I would happily stay here again.

  After a terrible night, we ended up checking in super late, and Cheyenne at the front desk was so kind and basically an angel, and when we checked out, Julissa who is also and absolute rockstar helped us get a late check out! Thank you so much for helping us have a good vacation!! The front desk here is SO SWEET and incredible (and they should get a raise for being so lovely)

  My car broke down on the way to Seattle and I have a 4 month old. While waiting for the tow truck I came in to ask if its okay to wait in the Lobby to keep my 4 month old out of the heat. The front desk lady, Gina, was a god send and said yes! She's amazing! She allowed me and my family to sit and get out of heat. They had cucumber water and in house baked cookies for guests and allowed us to have some. Listening to her with the guests she's very knowledgeable and has amazing hospitality. She's a great conversationalist as well. I'm very greatful for her. It was one less thing to worry about.

  Why do you charge so much for arriving early? I clearly heard housekeeping say the room was ready, they just “hate when people arrive early”. It wasn’t even that early. Don’t you want people to stay here? I’d guess not cause I was treated like an inconvenience by the housekeeper. Maybe the manager cuz she was in a dress. There is nicer places, trust I will stay there next time.
