We were on a long road trip and this hotel was the best we visited along the i5! I had the best sleep in their beds, breakfast had a great selection (lots of hot food options), and they allowed for a late check out (no extra charge) so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub before leaving 👌

Staff was super friendly, could hear the people above us walking around all night though even with sound machine we brought and ear plugs it was like vibrating down the wall. My kid was out so I couldn’t really call the desk or go down there without possibly waking him so I just powered through. Pool was very cloudy with soo much chlorine. We will be in that area again in October going to see what else is around.

The kitchenette is nothing but a full sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a sink. The cupboard are all bare, no pot holder or toaster oven safety equipment (we asked front desk for a pot holder and were told they have none, next morning I burnt my finger on the toaster oven and had to go to front desk to ask for first aid), when asked for plates and utensils we were given paper plates and plastic utensils. The heat/air conditioner it controlled by above door sensors that shut off the system after and unknown amount of time without movement in the room (or at least that’s what we could find on the Internet about the creepy sensors places about the front and bedroom doors), this caused the room to be muggy when we were not in the room for 6 hours because of an event. Our room keys were deactivated by using them to get in to the building (some battery issues supposedly). The toilet has to be held down to actually flush. There is a $150 deposit required at check in, yet not enough income to fix the toilet and buy some disposable pot holders. There’s parking in the back that felt extremely secretive because we were not informed of it being there and also had issues with too many trailers taking up parking in the front. The manager was present during our complaints and yet did nothing. The staff also rolled their eyes at us when we asked for assistance. The maintenance man was very kind though. Overall the stay was stressful, unwelcoming, & will never stay again.

The good, the room was clean, spacious and the TV (though oddly placed in the room) comes with streaming options so no need for a fire stick. The breakfast was good but show up early if you want an omelet as they stop making them atleast 30 minutes before the breakfast time ends. The bads, parking is not great. Show up late and you may not find parking on property at all. Large semis with attached trailers makeup multiple spaces and are allowed to park that way for some reason. The toilet is low and small. The kind you would find in an elementary school. Have good leg strength to get up from it. The water pressure is that of a drinking fountain. See the attached photo. The water is a dribble. The water pressure kills it for me returning. If they fix that I would return.

We stayed here for one night during our move across the country. Our group had two 26’ U-Hauls, and we appreciated that this location has a large parking area designed for semi trucks and oversized vehicles. We parked our Ford F-150 in a standard parking space after checking in around 11:00 p.m. The following morning, our companions had already left with the two U-Hauls to fuel up while my partner and I finished loading luggage and our two dogs so we could check out before the 11:00 a.m. checkout time. Just after 10:00 a.m., while I was inside showering, my partner, who does not drive, was taking the first load of luggage out to our Ford F-150 when he was approached by a driver for Gourmet Foods International. She told him he needed to move our truck because “this is where she always parks.” He explained that I was still inside getting ready, that we were actively checking out, and that the truck would be leaving in approximately 15 to 30 minutes. At that point, her demeanor became confrontational, and she repeatedly insisted that he move the truck immediately. When he again explained that he was not the one who could move the vehicle and that we were in the process of leaving, she went inside and returned with a front desk employee, Nery. Nery also instructed my partner to move the truck because the driver needed that particular parking space. My partner again explained that we were in the process of checking out and that the truck would be gone within 15 to 30 minutes. The driver then incorrectly claimed he had said it would be at least an hour, which he immediately corrected. When I checked out, I asked Nery why she had intervened on behalf of a third party. I specifically asked whether the driver was making a delivery, was a vendor, or otherwise had a business relationship with the hotel. Nery confirmed multiple times that she did not. I also asked whether the driver had a personal connection to the staff, and she said no. After that conversation, I went outside to document the situation. While I was outside, the driver went back into the hotel and came back out with Nery and another member of the hotel staff carrying traffic cones, which they used to block off the parking spaces around our truck. This was a standard parking lot. The driver’s semi was already parked in the next row, and the dedicated semi truck parking lot was almost entirely empty. I never received an explanation for why a guest who was actively checking out before checkout time was expected to relocate their personal vehicle to accommodate someone with no apparent business relationship with the hotel. It’s unfortunate because the overnight front desk staff and the breakfast attendants were friendly and welcoming. That made this interaction stand out even more. I have contacted Best Western Corporate and S1 Hospitality Management directly regarding this incident. I simply wanted to provide an account of my experience should future guests have their own bizarre experience.
