  I was here with three high school speech and debate teams during the NSDA tournament. This was an awesome lodging experience! Hotel staff were helpful and nice. When we first arrived they were incredible diligent in making sure we had the right rooms and that they would work for our team, she also let us know of some good options for food and shopping as well as reassuring us of the safety and security of the area. They proactively offered us the conference room on the second floor for our team meetings. They consistently cleaned the rooms, which was always nice to come back to after a long day of competing. The breakfast food was also better than usual hotel food, with individual poached eggs as opposed to a bin of instant scrambled eggs, and I always love me a waffle maker.

  I stayed here for a national tournament with 12 students and 6 adults. It was an awesome stay! The front desk staff were so kind, helpful, and always a joy to see! I appreciated their smiles and kind words of guidance for the property! 5 stars for service, and location was pretty convenient to get on the highways. Lots of affordable food options nearby as well! Room was very traditional style, with modern amenities. 4 stars for room just because the bathroom fan made a really loud noise, but other than that wonderful!

  The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is wonderful. The lobby coffee machine also makes my day. They are good about welcoming me back and making me feel special as a BW member. This is a nice hotel for the price.

  My room was mediocre. Nothing to write about. Average but to stay overnight, it served it's purpose.

  This property should be shut down immediately. From the outside, it looks completely neglected, and the inside is in equally unacceptable condition. Our room had an entry door with gaps so large that hallway light poured in all night. There were stains on the bedsheets, ceiling, and walls—including what appeared to be dried blood or feces in the bathroom. The microwave was dirty inside, and the AC unit—installed inside an old furniture—blew dust and debris onto the floor. The bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere, and the toilet ran constantly. To make matters worse, on the last day of our stay, when most of the rooms on our floor were vacant, the hotel turned off the hot water, seemingly to save money. When we asked for a solution, we were refused access to shower in any of the many empty rooms in other buildings. The front desk staff member, Channelle, was unprofessional and unhelpful and two-faced, which only added to the negative experience. Overall, this property is poorly maintained, badly managed, and should not be operating in its current condition.
